200grm mushroom blanched
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
3-4garlic crushed
1/2 tspginger crushed
1/2 tspred chilli Powder
1 tsptomato sauce
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper garlic and ginger

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add onion slices saute well
4

Add mushroom and saute well till it become soft
5

Add tomato and saute well adding red chilli Powder
6

Now add the sauce mix and fry
7

Finally add sugar and mix well
8

Serve it with pullav or paratha
