My grandmother made this on the cold winter nights to keep our bones warm. When I make this soup I think of her and it reminds me that its officially winter

Rinse neckbones in cool water. Then place in pot with enough water to cover all neckbones. Boil the neckbones 20 minute. You will see a lot of brown foam on top of water. Be careful and pour this water and the neckbones in your sink. Now clean your pot out and wash neckbones again.
Now place neckbone back in the pot with enough water to cover them. Cover and Boil them on medium heat with salt, pepper,and vinegar.
Boil for about 2 hours you may need to add more water... - 2
When the meat starts to become easy to remove from the bones that means they are done... Remove from heat and let sit.

Remove the juice from the vegetables and mix them together. Mix in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with the vegetables. Now mix the neckbones with the vegetables and add 2 cup of the juice from the neckbones. Bring this to a boil

Now place some in a bowl and enjoy!!!!!!
