Soak rice overnight,strain and blend together with yeast, cooked rice, and onion to get a smoot mixture of rice paste

When it rises, add sugar and pinch of salt, and 1/2tsp baking powder and fry in masa pan

For the taushe, in a pot add veg oil and palm oil when its hot add your blended pepper mix and fry for 5mins

Boil the pumpkin, blend and add to the pepper mixture add beef and broth, seasoning and spice(ginger, garlic &blackpepper).cover and let it cook for 10-15mins. Add the spinach, stir and cover for 3mins and serve immediately.
