Ingredients

  • 4beetroots
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the beetroots and cut into smaller blocks.

  2. 2

    Fill a pot with water and boil the beetroots for 30 minutes or until soft.

  3. 3

    Add the boiled beetroot in jug. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Blend with a stick blender until smooth.

  5. 5

    Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
