Hariyali soup has goodness of lauki with spinach, corrainder leaves, pudina tulsi leaves. The soup can act as an immunity booster with all such greens,ginger and pepper.

Hariyali soup has goodness of lauki with spinach, corrainder leaves, pudina tulsi leaves. The soup can act as an immunity booster with all such greens,ginger and pepper.

Gather all the ingredients as shown in the pic, wash all the leaves well and chop the lauki

Add 1.5 cup water in a pan and boil the Chopped lauki, all the green leaves with salt, ginger and chilli for 20 mins..Don't throw the water of the boiling we can use the same to adjust the consistency..also u can pressure cook vegetables but I love doing this way also

Cool the veggies and grind it into fine paste

Since we have boiled the veggies first and we add the tadka to the soup. For tadka add 1 tablespoon of ghee, jeera, dalchini and hing

Put the soup into the pan, u can adjust the consistency by adding more water if u want, add pepper and boil it for 10 mins

Serve the hot soup with garnishing of lauki and pudina leaves
