Microwave easy Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 stickbutter
  2. 2egg yolks
  3. Champagne vineger
  4. Pinchsalt & pepper
  5. 1 table spoonLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    30nd microwave the butter to melt.

  2. 2

    Mix other ingredients and and melted butter little-by-little completely mixed

  3. 3

    Microwave 5 second stir and another 5 second to make consistency.

  4. 4

    If it's too hard you can add lemon juice or champagne vinegar to your favorite taste enjoy
