Homemade rasgulla
Steps

For making of sugar syrup-
Boil the 2 ltr water and 4 cup sugar, once boiled on full flame.
After that
For a good syrup, leave it on low flame for at least half an hourAtlast add elaichi powder in it, and boil again and again until one wire type not done

Cool down sugar syrup, keep it aside

Then boil the milk,after boil add lemon juice in it

After 15 minutes, you can see, it becomes like paneer

Off the flame and strain it

After cooling, make small small balls
- 7
When balls are ready then you can put these balls into sugar syrup
