Did you know that when you strain thick Greek yogurt you can make your own delicious Labneh cheese balls? No? Well check this recipe out!
This will make the YUMMIEST Holidays appetiser with rice crackers or chips.

In a big bowl, place a colander and then a cheesecloth on top or any clean kitchen towel. Add the yogurt, then add a plastic cling wrap on top to cover it, cover with the towel sides and place in the fridge for 1 day.

The next day, remove or drink or cook with the water that has been strained out it is actually very nutritious. Change the towel and strain again for another day. You can place something heavy on top of it when you cover the towel so to help most of liquids to come out.

On the third day. It will look like that

Add the table salt and mix with your hands a little bit.

Now in a container, add oils, herbs and garlic. Start making small cheese balls with your hands. Note we mix olive oil with canola as the olive oil is very thick and can get too cold inside the fridge.

Place balls inside the container, and keep in fridge for a week before using.

Enjoy with crackers or chips 🥳
