  1. 2 1/4 cupsAll-Purpose Flour (about 270 grams)
  2. 1 tablespoonBaking Powder
  3. 2/3 cupGranulated Sugar (about 130 grams)
  4. 3/4 cupOil
  5. 3Eggs
  6. 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract
  7. 2/3 cupMilk (about 150 ml)
  8. 1/3 cupEggnog (about 80 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour and baking powder. Set aside.

    Beat the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for 5 minutes at medium speed.

    Alternate adding the milk and dry ingredients. Mix well.

    Add the eggnog at the end. Mix well.

    Fill the cupcake liners to 3/4 full and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
