Tuna and rice savory, spicy warm salad

This dish came from just loving certain flavors/textures all together. Like a sushi roll without the nori. It was so good i forgot the nori and avocado in the picture lol and i have some. The only warm ingredient is the rice. Cucumber and avocado are cool. 😋 Japanese dishes use spicy mayonaise in so many awesome ways.

Ingredients

20 minutes
1. Double for 2 servings
  1. 1 canchunk light tuna fish
  2. 1 cupcooked basmati rice or white rice
  3. 1pat salted butter
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 2 tspsoy sauce
  6. 1heaping teaspoon mayo
  7. Dashesred pepper flakes
  8. 3 dasheschili sesame oil, or less. The more the spicier
  9. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds all over
  10. Organic cucumber
  11. Fresh sliced Avocado

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large bowl heat up leftover rice with butter until heated through.

  2. 2

    Add mayo, tuna, chili oil, soy sauce and stir into rice.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the sesame seeds and red pepper flake on top of the rice. Salt/pepper if you like. Japanese rice seasoning makes it even better.

    Peel and slice cucumber and avocado, drizzle italian dressing, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

    If you want more or less anything with this recipe it works. I really hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 🤣😋
