Super Easy Focaccia in 30 Minutes

I have to say that the lack of photos in the steps is because I didn't have much faith that it would turn out well, haha, but it was a complete surprise! It turned out delicious, super easy, and perfect for a dinner.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix well. Separately, add the yeast to the warm water and dissolve it before adding to the flour. Add a splash of oil and start kneading.
- 2
Knead until everything is well integrated, then let it rest in the covered bowl in a warm place. I put it in front of the heater. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it ferments and increases in size.
- 3
Grease a baking tray with olive oil, spread the dough over it, and let it ferment again for about 10 minutes, covered. Press with your fingers and add the toppings before placing it in a preheated oven at about 390°F (200°C) for approximately 10 minutes until it's toasted on top.

It should have a crispy crust and a soft crumb. Before serving, you can drizzle a bit more oil and sprinkle some salt flakes.

Overnight 89% Hydration Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia Overnight 89% Hydration Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia
Cold, refrigerated dough is the secret to making delicious focaccia! Allowing the dough to rest 12 to 48 hours in the fridge yields the best result... The focaccia will emerge from the oven pillowy and golden. This focaccia has a crisp outside and a soft inside with large air pockets, and is super versatile - you can finish it however you like. Here I'm topping it with Garlic Olive Oil and Rosemary with a touch of flaky salt and black pepper! Linh -
Focaccia Croque Monsieur Bread Focaccia Croque Monsieur Bread
I like soft focaccia, so I always add skim milk powder to the dough. I thought that if I added cheese too it would be even more delicious and tried it out.If you like rich food, use 2 slices of cheese per piece. You can also try adding lots of bechamel sauce. But make sure you can seal the doug. If the sauce is too runny, it's hard to seal the dough, so it should be stiff enough that it doesn't run out. Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan -
