Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom powder
  • as required Some chopped mixed dry fruits
  • as required Water

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan, heat ghee.Add suji. Roast on low flame till aromatic and golden in colour

  2. 2

    Now add sugar and green cardamom powder. Mix well. Saute till the sugar melts

  3. 3

    Add 1 cup warm water. Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped mixed dry fruits and mix well.Serve hot or cool it down to room temperature.
