First cut all vegetables expect your onion cut separately keep it aside.

Take a pressure cooker add water wash your veggies add salt, Turmeric powder, kashmiri mirchi, add your smashed ginger &garlic fresh paste and add jeera, let them cook and have five whistle then off your gas.

After 20minutes rest your cooker release the pressure smashed the all veggies with the help of spatula

Take a kadai pour some butter add jeera green chilli roast it then add your fine cut onions add kasmiri mirchi, salt, then immediately transfer your all smashed vegetables add butter 50grams add bhav bajji masala, then immediately add your methi dry leaves, let them cook for sometime. Nice aroma will appear.. Then add few more butter. Finally add coriander leaves then transfer in to hot case.

Prepare your Bhav bajji by applying butter in a tawa make a golden brown colour then immediately served with hot, hot bhav bajji s veggies and decorate with onion and lemon and decorate with coriander leaves. Perfect winter snacks ready to taste..

For Potato, Methi, palak paratha..
Take a big vessel pour multi grain atta add salt and add refined oil. - 8
For this paratha you take the boiled potato you have to take and smashed one completely smashed. Then take a kadai pour your refined oil add jeera, green chilli, ginger (cut) add your onion and boiled palak, methi saag add one teaspoon salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder (it is optional) jeera powder everything mix the potato smashed texture.. After some mix the materials into your mukti grain atta adding some water, and refined make soft dough cover with cotton cloth and rest for some

Then take iorn tawa heat it in your gas prepare paratha stuff prepare just like roti dough round slim shape heat both side finally add your mixture of ghee and refined oil served with your bhav bajji masala.. Everyone give hood appreciation to you.. This is my own twist style with one subji with two different time serving that is for evening snack and night dinner. Two damaka in one dish..
