Steps

In a pot, add beef, ginger slices and black pepper corns, add warm water enough to cover the beef. On medium heat.

Do not allow it to boil, cook for about 30 mins or until you see the beef grease on the surface. Remove the beef from the pot. wash the beef, set aside.

In a another pot, add 2 liter of water and add konbu sheet on medium heat for about 10 mins. Then turn the heat to high heat to boiling.

Remove the konbu sheet from the pot. Add Dried Bonito flakes into the water on medium heat for about 3 mins. Remove the flakes from the water.

Add soya sauce, mirin, sake into the water, salt to taste.

Add beef, radish, onions into the pot on low heat and cook until beef become soft.

Serve with Spring Onions and rice.
