Today I bring you a recipe for a very healthy soup that can be made frequently in winter. Beet and tomato soup .. There is nothing more fun than the taste of hot soup in rainy weather, and the healthy soup of beet tomato refreshes the mood.
Tomatoes contain vitamins A, K, C and B6. Tomatoes are also helpful in our digestion. Carrots are rich in Vitamin A which is very beneficial for eyes. Beetroot is rich in folic acid and helps to make blood. Make this healthy and tasty soup that can be given to small children every day.

First, wash the tomatoes, carrots and beetroot and cut them into large pieces. Take onion and chopped very small pieces. Also prepare other ingredients.

Now heat butter in a pressure cooker and add bay leaf, garlic cloves and ginger pieces. Then add finely chopped onion and salt and mix for a while on medium heat flame.

Now add chopped tomatoes and mix till the tomatoes become soft, add chopped beetroot and carrots, mix and add water, cover the lid of the cooker and boil with 3 to 4 whistles.

Now when the pressure cooker cools down, strain the beet water from the broth and keep the this water. Now add the chopped boiled beetroot and tomatoes to the mixer jar and crushed it and make a paste of it.

Now add this paste in a pan on medium flame of gas and mix it. Add the stored beetroot water in it and mix well and boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Add black pepper powder, mix well and turn off the gas flame.

Now our very healthy and nutritious tomato carrot & beetroot soup is ready to serve... Garnish this soup with fresh cream and serve hot.
