Wash the apples thoroughly. Scoop out both ends of each apple and let them dry. Place the white chocolate in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of milk, and microwave for 10 seconds to melt the chocolate.

Use an electric burner to keep the bowl of chocolate warm. Once the chocolate is fully melted, insert a skewer into each apple and roll them in the chocolate until completely coated. Coat both apples, then stack the small apple on top of the large one.

Decorate by attaching eyes, nose, mouth, and buttons with the colored candy. Tie a red ribbon around the neck as a scarf.

Your snowman is ready for the Christmas dinner party, along with a Buche de Noel cake.
