Simple shrimp dish can be done in the smoker or oven. Great when you want to pair up for a surf and turf.

Ingredients

  1. About 2 lbs large shrimp (16-20 count). Peeled and deveined
  2. 1 pkgMcCormick Garlic Herb and Wine dry marinade mix
  3. 2 tbspwater
  4. 1 tbspapple cider vineger
  5. 2 tbspbutter
  6. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  7. 1 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  8. About 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  9. Pinchsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place thawed shrimp in a gallon ziplock bag. You can use tail on or off for this dish.

    Add dry marinade mix, water, and apple cider vinegar to shrimp. Seal bag and shake well to coat shrimp. (Do not use recipe on marinade pack. The butter in the finished dish will replace the oil.)

    Marinade for 1 to 2 hours.

    Preheat smoker or oven to 400F.

    Arrange shrimp (overlapped) in a medium sized oven-safe pan.

    Spread minced garlic over shrimp.

    Cut butter into pats and spread out over shrimp.

  8. 8

    Salt and pepper to taste.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and garnish with dried Italian seasoning.

    Cook in 400F smoker or oven for about 20 min.
