Ingredients: 1 kg boiled potatoes; 1 carrot chopped; Half capsicum chopped; 1 cup cabbage; Few twigs green coriander leaves; half cup mozzarella cheese; 1 cup boil and shredded chicken; Salt to taste; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tbs red chilli flakes; 2 tbs cream/mayonnaise/milk

A make this filling and save in air tight container for 2_3 days and use it in sandwiches, cutlets, bread patties, alu paratha ,smosa , spring rolls etc...

Ingredients

1 kgboiled potatoes
1carrot chopped
Halfcapsicum chopped
1 cupcabbage
Few twigs green coriander leaves
half cupmozzarella cheese
1 cupboil and shredded chicken
Salt to taste
1 tspblack pepper
1 tbsred chilli flakes
2 tbscream/mayonnaise/milk

Mix chicken, potato,cheese and vegies

Add in spices and mix well

Now add milk or cream whatever you want just mix with hands and your filling is ready to go
