Winter snack , specially and occasionally we often made Panjeeri in winters!
Take panjeeri with tea time or with a cup of hot milk. It's usually made at low flame , high flame is not required to made this! So try it and give me feedback!

Steps

Add Desi ghee In a wok let it melt then add Semolina in it. Cook on low flame.

Cook till it's fragrant and turn it's colour into light brown. Then add desiccated coconut in it and mix well. Fry the gond and phool makhanay in ghee separately and also mix in it with chaar maghaz.

Make sheera (sugar syrup) of 1 string with water and sugar also add cardamom powder in it. Add sheera into Semolina mixture and mix well till cooperate. Lastly add sliced nuts and serve 😋
