Cook bacon in large saucepan until crisp. Remove from pan with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Add celery, onion, green pepper, chicken, and shrimp to bacon drippings. Stir in Cajun seasoning and red pepper. Cook until shrimp are opaque and vegetables are crisp tender, about 10 mins.

Add sausage, okra, tomatoes, gravy, cauliflower rice, and bone broth. Bring to boil, them simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in bacon.

Garnish to taste with tiger sauce or red pepper flakes, if you prefer more heat. Enjoy!
