Cooking Instructions

First, mix 4 tablespoons of cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour and cook on a gentle heat like porridge until it thickens.

Cut the strawberries into two parts, the cap and the trunk. Dip one or two wooden skewers into the porridge and roll in sweet cocoa to form a tree trunk

Then, with the green cream, we put leaves on it. From the creamy porridge, place the head of Santa Claus. Use black and orange truffles, as eyes and nose.With a simple white cream, put the beard, buttons and pom pom of hat of Santa Claus.

With cream, we put snow in front of us and we pick the trees and Santa Clauses and we make snow on the tree with powdered sugar.
