Heat oil in a pan,add potato and deep fry.Now deep fry sem.Keep it aside.

Grind poppy seeds,garlic, ginger,green chilli and cumin seeds with 1/2 cup water.

Now heat mustard oil (2 tb.spoon.),add red chilli powder,salt and poppy seeds paste.Cook on a medium flame for 6-7 min.Add sem and aloo into it.Saute for 3-4 min.Add 1/2 cup water and mix.Cover it and cook for another 5 switch off the gas.

Your tasty sem aloo dry vegetable is ready to serve.
