My Left over chicken with Salad & Yogurt Mint Sauce

#Lunch#Chicken#Salad

We ordered a Donner meat and Chicken Kebab take-a-way last night and I could not eat it all infact I only ate the Donner meat and added the chicken to the fridge. So I thought I would use and dice up the tasty flame grilled Chicken in a bowl with Salad and have some Yogurt and mint sauce over it. And 1 Slice of uncut Wholemeal Bread with seeds and lots of Butter. So so nice.😍💚

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 cupDiced Chicken
  • Some Giant Water Cress
  • 1 inchpiece of Cucumber cut into lengths
  • 1/4Red Sweet Bell Pepper cut into lengths
  • 2 tblsYogurt & Mint sauce
  • Some Cracked Black Peppercorns to Garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take out the chicken from the fridge and slice it all thin and add to your serving plate

    Now add the Cress

    Next add the sweet pepper and the Cucumber

    Next mix it up then add a little salt and then add the yogurt & Mint sauce then add the cracked black peppercorns

    Slice one slice of Wholemeal uncut bread and Butter it.(forgive me for the butter I spread on but I don't do this often it's just so nice on uncut thick bread) serve and Enjoy

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
