  • 1.42 LVegetable cooking oil
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspionized salt
  • 5 pcsbay leaves

    Boil the pork belly for 1 hour with bay leaves, salt,black pepper

    Marinate the pork belly with salt

    Cut the pork belly according to your choice

    After 1 hour, fry the pork belly in medium heat.

    Fry it for 30 minutes or until it's crispy and brownish. Slice it into cubes
