  1. 1

    First of all take potato, wash it and cut into long slices...like fingers.

  2. 2

    Again wash them properly.now blanch them for 1 minutes in hot water.

  3. 3

    Now keep them on towel. Now put them in a bowl. Add cornflour and mix well.fry them and serve with tomato sauce.
