Ingredients

2 servings
  • okra (cut into 2 inches)
  • 2gloves of galic (chopped)
  • 1/2red onion (chopped)
  • Shrimp Spicy paste
  • 1red chili (chopped)
  • 1green chili (chopped)
  • 1 tbspshrimp paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare shrimp spicy paste by pounding the ingredients in mortar and pestle. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In a wok, add 2 tbsp oil. Add garlic and onions, stir fry for about 3 mins.

  3. 3

    Add shrimp paste into and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add a little water if it's too dry.

  5. 5

    Add okra and cook for about 5-7 mins.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
