  • 1 ltrMilk
  • 2 TspGhee/clarified butter
  • as required Mix dryfruits

    Firstly peel wash and grate the carrots.

    Now boil the milk and add the grated carrots to it.

    Cook the carrots with milk.

    Heat a pan and add some ghee

    Add the carrots to it. Also add the sugar.

    Stir fry until the sugar mix to it.
