Peel of 2 pineapples
Sweetner

Lemon wedges for garnishing

Boil tamarind in 3 cups of water, add some little cloves

Sieve after its boiled

Wash pineapple peel and blend

Boil d blended pineapple peel and sieve

Pour tamarind juice and pineapple peel juice together and add sweetner
6

Garnish with lemon wedges and serve chilled
