In a pan heat 2 Tbsp olive oil, add chopped onions and on low flame cook for 4 mins

Add grated carrot, grated Beetroot, garlic mince, and cook on low flame for 10 mins, set aside

Drain the Beetroot mix juice and add the Beetroot mix into a bowl, add chickpea hummus and mix well

Add cumin powder, paprika, black pepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt. Mix well.

Refrigerate for 30 mins

Grease your palm and make patty, set aside

In a pan heat 4-5 Tbsp olive oil and add 1-2 patty. Fry for 4 mins and flip sides. Fry for 4 mins

Or you can place the patty onto Baking tray on parchment paper and at Pre heat 180 deg C bake for 40 mins, cool after that

Assembling the burger - slice the burger breads, smear with tahini spread, place a lettuce, place the beet patty, place onion rings, tomato rings, julienned carrots and close with the burger bread
