Since the time of ancient Rome, Beetroot has been eaten, as Romans were aware of the health benefits yeild from red colour beetroot. Then it becomes popular worldwide for its sweet flavour and health benefits.
My family love beetroot in any way like, pulao, raita, cupcakes, cookies. Today I prepared Beetroot, Green Peas Pulao and my family enjoyed with poached eggs and curd.

Steps

Heat ghee add oil in y pan. Add cumin seeds, hing and whole garam masala and saute on low flame till aromatic.

Mix the garlic and chilli and saute. Add Chole masala, green peas and Beetroot paste. Fry for a minute and mix the Basmati rice. Mix all and saute till rice is well coated with beet. Mix chopped mint leaves and mix.

Beetroot, Green Peas Pulao is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped strawberry. Children love this combination.
**Chole masala brings an unique flavour and amazing taste to this Pulao.
