Turkish Balloon Bread (Balon Ekmek)

An appetiser I cherish whenever I go to restaurants in Turkey. Not knowing the legitimate name of this dish, I hope to spread the knowledge of this simple pastry.
Serving size is dependent on how you decide to cut the bread before baking, and how great you wish for the bread to be.
Preparation time is dependent on how long you decide to let your dough rise. This particular dough is made without yeast, thus with no rising, can be finished in less than 20 minutes.
This is the premise of this recipe; a fast, delicious appetiser.
