Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 64 ozChicken Broth
  • 3small or one large bok choy, chopped
  • 1 bunchscallion, thinly sliced
  • 8-12 ozmushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 sliceginger root
  • 24 ozbag Mini Frozen Wontons
  • 1/4 CLow Sodium Soy Sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour chicken broth in pot, add sliced garlic and ginger. Add chopped whites of bok choy. Bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add frozen wontons, bring back to boil and cook 3-5 min.

  3. 3

    Add sliced mushrooms, scallions, green bok choy tops. Add 1/4 C soy sauce, stir and serve.
