Take a large mixing bowl add flour add oil and mix it properly add all masala and sesame seed,grated beetroot and give quick mix. Add water as needed and knead a medium soft dough

Apply oil on the dough and keep aside for 10 min. Take a small part and make ball from dough and press it with palm and roll it with rolling pan and make a circle

Heat a pan,put paratha and roast it from one side on low flame, flip on other side and apply oil on other side and roast it from from both side till it is golden brown Cook all paratha with same process and enjoy your paratha with any sabji.pickle or tea
