Soak chickpeas whole night in water. Boil it in cooker up to 6 -7 whistles to become soft, sieve it's water after boiling.

Take all veggies. cut it and made a paste of it except tomato in mixing jar.

Take a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and made a tadka and add the paste of onion and ginger garlic paste. Add all masale in low flame.

Cut all the tomato and make a puree of it. Add tomato puree in the pan. Add sieved water of chickpeas in the pan that's useful for gravy.

Add chickpeas in gravy and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.

Add chola masala and mix it well. Our chole is ready.

Serve with Puri.
