Boil soya with salt and allow it to cool and wash it nicely and cut into piceses.

Then fry with onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili, tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint and adjust salt as per taste add the cut soya and saute it.
