Grate carrot

Assemble all ingredients

In kadhai add carrot and sauté for 4-5 minutes, add milk and cook till milk evaporates by stirring occasionally.

Add milk powder + cardamom powder and mix well.

Now add sugar, mix well, sugar will release water, so keep stirring by adding ghee and stir till water evaporates completely and turns thick.

By now mixture is cooked and ready to prepare for ladoos. Transfer to a plate / thali and let it coo down to some extent that it can be touched comfortably.

Grease palms and start binding Laddoos.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, its ready to serve.
