Ingredients

  • 1 bunchJapanese Chrysanthemum Garlands (Tang-oh)
  • 2 slicesginger
  • 1egg
  • 2 tspshiro miso paste
  • Prawns

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ginger slices to water and bring to a boil. Then add in prawns and cook for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    Add in vegetables. Then add in egg, swirl egg after 30 secs for lovely curds :)

  3. 3

    Dissolve miso paste in soup. Switch off heat. Serve!
