Heat olive oil in a large pot……

Sauté your sliced onion, green pepper and minced garlic in your pot until veggies are tender…..

Add to pot your black pepper,oregano, and diced ham, sauté for several minutes …..

Next add in your Sazon, stir gently….

Now add in your chicken broth and diced tomatoes…Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low …

Add your instant rice, stir gently, then remove from heat and cover pot, leave pot covered for about 10 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed ………

Fluff rice with a fork, serve and enjoy 😉!
