250 gmpasta
3 tbsmaida
2 cupmilk
as per taste Salt
100 gmcheese
1 tbsblack pepper
as required Water
as per needOil/butter

Steps

Boil pasta drain water and keep aside.

Heat oil or butter add maida roast it add milk slowly while stirring,don't let lumps form.add salt and pepper.

Add pasta mix well now add cheese let it melt.serve hot. Add Seasoning if required.
