Tricolour idlis

In a bowl, add all ingredients except soda.

Cover it with lid and let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add soda and required water to make a smooth batter.

Divide this batter into three parts. Add orange and green food colour in two parts and let the normal batter remain the same.

Check the consistency of batter. Now Grease the moulder with ghee or cooking oil.

Pour this batter upon the moulder.

In an idli stand add a little water. Gently put this stand and cover it by lid.

Wait for a whistle. Let it cool down. Check it by a tooth pic. If tooth pic comes out neatly. Then, it means our idlis are ready.

Separate these idlis from the idli moulder and start your plating.

Serve it with any chutney or tangy sambhar.
