Set a steamer add 1 glass of water and cover the lid in the mean time take idli batter and put it in 3 separate bowl and mix a pinch of different food colour to it and mix it properly and take 3 glasses and Grease with few drops of oil and pour the batter to it half of it and steam it for 10 mins in high flame.

Now after 10 mins allow it to cool the idlis and unmould it then take a kadhai pour oil mustard seeds, when it flitter add onion, salt capsicum and saute it then add that cooked idlis and saute it properly then give grated cabbage, carrot, beetroot and sprinkle ching masala and cook it for 2 to 3 mins. Coat well all masalas to it and enjoy it with chutney.
