Ingredients

  1. 1egg
  2. 1small size chopped onion
  3. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  4. 1 tspchopped green chili
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the tawa,add 2 tbsp of oil then add onion and saute onions for a while.Then add coriander leaves and green chili and cook them for few seconds.

    Now add egg in a bowl add salt and black pepper and beat the egg. Don't over beat.

    Now pour the egg mixture on tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on a low flame.

    Now flip carefully and cook another side for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

    Omelette is ready enjoy.
