Cut bell pepper in halves add your filling

Put it in the oven for 45 mins to cut the cooking or baking process blanche them in boiling water for 3 mins

Remove from the oven add cheese then put them back in the oven for another 5 mins

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley
