Granola crumble with fruit, dates and yoghurt

Preheat the oven 180c. Peel the pears, and cut them into quarters. Remove the core and divide each quarter in three. Also, finely chop the dates and walnuts.

Mix the blackberry's, dates, walnuts, and cinnamon in an oven dish. Divide the pear slices over the mixture. Sprinkle the granola on top.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm, with the yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
