Gobhi ke Pakore or Cauliflower Pakoda is crunchy and delicious Indian fritters made with gobhi florets, gram flour. It is one of the simplest, easiest snacks we can make during the season.
Gobhi Pakodas like any other pakodas are best served with Masala Chai.
We enjoyed this pakodas as during the season we do get excellent gobhi and we like to enjoy it maximum during the season.

Cut Cauliflower into florets and boil for 2 to 3 mins. Add little salt. Strain it after 3 mins. Dont overboil it.

Meqnwhile Take a bowl. Add besan, rice flour (it will make pakodas crispy), ajwain, red chilli powder, salt. Mix well. Make batter by adding little little water.

Now add ginger and green chilli paste. If you add more green chillies it tastes superb as Gobhi 's flavour is bland.

Now keep oil for frying. When oil is hot add 2 tablespoon oil in batter. Mix it. Now dip gobhi into batter and fry it. Fry till it turns golden brown.

Serve it with green chutney and Masala Chai.. our friends and family will relish it.
