1Avocado seeds
Ginger
Black pepper
Fennel
Cloves
All in moderate quantity

Steps

Remove the black skin from the avocado seed
2

Cut into desired shapes put in boiling water add all spices and cook for about 20minutes allow to simmer
3

Now sieve and enjoy while its hot
Don’t forget to share with a loved one you can drop a bag of black tea or lemon tea
