Gulab ki Kheer

On medium heat, bring boil to the milk.

Once the milk is boiled, add the coarsely crushed oats and cook for about 5 minutes. The mixture starts to thicken. Lower the flame.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cook for another 5 minutes. Delicious gulab Kheer is ready to serve. Enjoy it either chilled or hot as per your desire.

Tip :
- Oats can be roasted and then coarsely crushed.
- Instant or rolled any variety can be taken.
- Sugar can be added if you want more sweetness.
- Full fat or toned milk, any can be taken.
