Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs (sort of)

Ingredients

4-6 hours
4 people
  1. Meatballs (I use approximately 40 turkey meatballs)
  2. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  3. 2 cupschicken broth (I use low sodium)
  4. Sliced mushrooms (optional)
  5. 1 tsp.garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp.onion powder
  7. 1/2 tsp.paprika
  8. 1/2 tsp.black pepper
  9. 2 Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 cupsour cream

Cooking Instructions

4-6 hours

    Combine soup, broth and seasonings in slow cooker. Whisk to combine.

    Add mushrooms (if using) and stir.

  3. 3

    Add meatballs and stir to coat in liquid.

  4. 4

    Set slow cooker on low and cook for about 6 hours.

  5. 5

    In the last half hour of cooking, stir in sour cream.

  6. 6

    Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!!

I just used my crockpot, only to find out all my kids are either working or hanging out with their friends all day. This is a big batch. I will take a picture in few hours. Great leftover whenever.
