Rinse the Razor Clams. Blanch the Razor clams in boiling water for 2-3?minutes, then rinse with cold water. Remove the shellfish and leave some for garnish beautiful dish. Set aside.

Heat the wok, pour olive oil. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add chilies and the Razor clams. Seasoning with oysters sauce, Salted soya beans, sugar and fish sauce. Add sweet basil. Remove from the stove. Ready to serve with Linguine or Hot steamed rice.
