This saag is very tasty & beneficial. It use in so many recipes like paratha, pakora, raita & bhaji.
Steps

Cut roughly & wash proper bathua because it have more dust. Now in a deep pot add some water, one pinch salt & bathua,

Boil it for 5 min & transfer into strainer. Now for tarka add oil in a pan,add finely chopped garlic, jeera & hing.

When garlic trun brown add dry chili & onion. Saute it for 2 min when onion becomes transparent add cornmeal & green chili.

Roast it on low flame for 2 min,then add dry spices. Mix it proper & add chopped ginger & tomato. Saute it proper, add water,cover it till masala cooked proper & leave oil.

At last add blanched bathua & mix it in ready masala.cook it on mid flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Don't add water, because there is sufficient water in bathua.

I used 1 Potato,but it is optional. When all ingredients mix proper it cooked. Bathua bhujia is too much tasty & easily cooked by this method.

Serve it with wheat paratha or makki ki roti.
